Caras Kitchen Holiday Gift Guide 2017

The holidays can be a stressful time of year.

Seeing fmaily, traveling, disrupted routines, and gift giving. That can be really challeging, too. Coming up with ideas of what to give the people on your list that isn’t a box set of body wash or a gift card can be a struggle.

I know. I rack my brain every year too.

Which is why I thought I would compile a list of some of my favorite gifts. They range in price and category and surely there is something for the babes on your list.

Toast Gradient for your food loving friend $25 and up

Brittany Wright is a talented powerhouse. She shoots the most beautiful food art on the internet. Any of her prints would be a welcomed addition to a kitchen wall.

I’m a sucker for a succulent $4-$6 at Trader Joes

These little plants add so much life to your home, are low maintenance and lets me real, they are hard to kill!

Black Letter Board for the friend with a lot to say $20

As pictured above that says EAT MORE TACO! Such a cool and affordable gift for anyone on your list.

Pulp Pantry Granola for the eco friendly eater $7

I met the insanely sassy owner of Pulp Pantry at a birthday party and I was hooked. Not only on her #girlcrush, but on her product. It is granola made from juice pulp, it tastes great, is vegan and is sustainable af. They use left over pulp from a couple juice stores in LA and make this insanely delicious treat. Perfect stocking stuffer or hostess gift. Use discount code caraskitchen for 20% off your order

Intutive Eating for the friend who is ready to ditch dieting forever $11

I read Intuitive Eating earlie this year to help me better understand the process that I went through to become an intuitive eater myself. Sometimes we experience something but don’t necessarily have the words to articulate it. This booked helped bring to life the process I have gone through that last 4 years to get to there I am.

Compartes Chocolate for the friend with a sweet tooth $10

Compartes chocolate is most well known for their beautiful packaging but don’t let that fool you, the chocolate is equally delicious and creative. This is also perfect for secret sister gift exchanges, hostess gifts or stocking stuffers.

Women Food and God: for the girl who wants freedom $10

Women Food and God: An Unexpected Path to Almost Everything is one of the books that really helped me understand my relationship with food. I share quotes from it on my  Instagram stories and in my secret facebook group for emotional eaters. If you want to join that group send me your email and I will add you. I pop in there a couple times a week to share inspiration, videos, tips and love.

Sip Sutra for the friend who wants to cut back on coffee $20

you know I love a good tonic. Sip Sutra drinks are a caffiene free alternative to coffee that are portable and easy to take to work or on the go. They are seriously SO SO good. You might have seen me drink them on my IG stories too. Each cup is cheaper than a starbucks, tastes great and is beneficial. The Black is great for an natural energy kick and tastes like hot cocoa, and The Gold tastes like chai tea and kicks inflammations butt. Use code “caraskitchen” for 10% off.

Lifefactory BPA-Free Glass Water Bottle for the girl on the go $25

If you have seen any of my instgram LIVES then you have seen me drink from my Lifefactory water bottle. I serioulsy love it so much. It has a flip straw so drinking from it is a breeze, its dishwasher safe, wont break and has a handle to take on hikes. I literally go NO WHERE without it.

Inspiralizer for the creative healthy cook $35

I love this thing. I use it all the time and if you follow me on Instagram then you know its true. My man is obsessed with it as well, he is always asking for zoodles for dinner. The first one I bought was less expensive but it broke so I reccomend investing a bit more and getting a slightly higher quality one.

Beauty Dust by Moon Juice for your soul sister $38

I love moon juice. Their products are very high quality and I am a sucker for really great branding. And their creator Amanda Bacon was brillant for calling her potions “dusts.”

Girl Power Boob Rug for the Sassy girl who doesnt take life to seriously $60

I am sort of obsessed with this rug. Its extra cheeky without being sleezy. The female body is a something to praise and honor and there is something about this rug that is beautiful and hilarious at the same time.

Vitamix 5300 Blender for the persons whose life you want to change forever $299

I have a refurbished one and so does my boyfriend. I use this every single day and it is one of my favorite kitchen tools. The refurbished ones look like and work like they were brand new. The blender speaks for itselfs but I truly truly love this item.
