Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita

  • 1 Cup
    lime juice
  • 1 Cup
    white tequila
  • 1/2 Cup
    orange liqueur, like grand marnier
  • 1/2 Cup
    simple syrup
  • 10-12 Slices
  • 1/2
    jalapeno, thinly sliced


  1. Using a vegetable peeler, remove the skin from the cucumber. Depending on how spicy you like things, you can remove the seeds from the jalapeno or not.

    Put all ingredients in a pitcher or large jar and let sit for 1-2 hours for the flavors to meld. Serve over ice.

    If you want to serve right away, muddle the cucumber and jalapeno in the bottom of a drink shaker, add the liquids, give it a good shake and then serve over ice. This is enough for two drinks. ENJOY! Drink responsibly.
