Easy 5 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

    medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 Teaspoons
    melted coconut oil
  • 2 Teaspoons
    chia seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons
    cocoa powder + more to roll truffles in
  • 2 Teaspoons
    shredded coconut


  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender like Vitamix or food processor on high until a creamy and blended together. It will form into a ball of dough. Then using a spoon, scoop out into 9 one inch balls. Roll around in cocoa powder. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week.

    Optional: Garnish with dark chocolate hazelnut spread from Nutiva, chia seeds and granola.
