Pineapple Jalapeno Guacamole

    medium avocados, peeled, pit removed
  • 1
    lime, juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup
    pineapple, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon
    jalapeno, chopped, seeds removed
  • 1
    small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons
    cilantro, roughly chopped
  • pink salt


  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Then add in the lime juice and red onion, and continue to mix with a fork. Add the pineapple, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro and mix well. Add pink salt to taste. Serve immediately with organic corn chips. NOM!
